I just came from the meeting in East TN, what a wonderful experience. I was determined to find a flaw of some sort in this training and/or material, but I could not. I will be sure to encourage everyone at my church to take advantage of this Biblically based teachings. In my opinion one can only improve and be more Christ like after putting these steps into action.

A student cannot seriously think they can change distorted thought patterns without putting in the proper practice and effort. Too often I have student who listen to the information only and think that will suffice to help them make their life better.

Gary, yes, I have learned through experience that processing on paper does have greater rewards, expecially in the beginning and later on for those big pain events.

I have absolutely fallen in love with this error. Once I became aware of it, I began to hear it in others talk all the time. I did not realize it, but that is a very popular error.
