 Thinking Error Worksheet UPDATED!

This worksheet will aid in the development of accurate thinking by helping participants better identify thinking errors within different scenarios.

Accurate Thinking Worksheet

This worksheet teaches participants how to master the skill of accurate thinking by taking selected scenarios from the Thinking Error Worksheet and applying them to the Three-Column Approach.

Pain Processing Sheet - Example 1

Mock pain events are posted here so that current and previous SFT participants can refer back to them if they are struggling with a particular pain event.  This resource will allow them to see how other’s pain events have been successfully processed.

Belief Systems Material

Dysfunctional Attitude Scale NEW!

This scale aids participants in identifying damaged belief systems.  This measurement was created by Dr. Arlene Weissman and can be found in Dr. David Burns’ book, Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy.

Belief System Correction NEW!

This worksheet accompanies the Dysfunctional Attitude Scale (DAS).  The Three-Column Approach is used to begin correcting the damaged belief systems participants have identified using the DAS.
